This program connects about 800 undergraduate and graduate programs across the country with SHRM. Demetrius received his Bachelor's in Music Business and Vocal Performance form Fisk University and a Master's in Leadership & Organizational Development from The Catholic University of America.

Aly Sharp is the Associate Specialist of Audience Marketing for Emerging Professional. In this role, she heads email communications and collaborates on marketing collateral needs as well as conference experiences. Aly received her Bachelor's in Business Administration from Christopher Newport University and is currently studying for her Master's in Data Marketing Communications from West Virginia University.
